Soy José Ángel Guimerá, cineasta, productor y técnico audiovisual. Desde hace años desarrollo proyectos culturales, documentales y de comunicación institucional, combinando la creación artística con un compromiso firme con mi territorio, especialmente con el medio rural aragonés, al que pertenezco y en el que trabajo activamente.Estudié Ingeniería Industrial Informática y soy Técnico Superior en Electrónica y Comunicaciones. He sido vicepresidente de la Academia del Cine Aragonés (2016–2019) y actualmente presido el Centro de Estudios del Bajo Martín, desde donde dirijo el Festifal, un festival internacional de cine de temática rural.
I'm José Ángel Guimerá — a filmmaker, producer, and audiovisual technician. For years, I've been developing cultural projects, documentaries, and institutional communication work, always blending artistic creation with a strong commitment to my homeland — particularly rural Aragón, where I live and work.
I studied Industrial Engineering and hold a Higher Technician degree in Electronics and Communications. I served as Vice President of the Aragonese Film Academy (2016–2019) and currently chair the Centro de Estudios del Bajo Martín, where I also direct Festifal, an international film festival focused on rural themes.
